    It's fast food. I never have had any problems here. I get the cheap tacos and fountain drinks. The top tier burgers are pretty good. It's here when I drive a long way and I'm too tired to cook at home.

    This Greenville Texas (75402) Jack in the Box Location just reopened after a Major Remodel, but for whatever reason they didn't spend any money fixing the Computer System that has caused them to be CLOSED with the OPEN Sign still Illuminated!!!
    Me Personally, I have experienced at least 5 Occasions over the last 3 Years when I've got to the 24 Hour Drive Thru between 0500-0600 for Breakfast on my way to Work only to be told "Sorry were Closed with Computer Issues AGAIN!....
    Maybe the Person with the Money for Remodels should consider Remodeling the Friggen Computer System so Customers are not inconvenienced and spending there hard earned money at Your Competition!
    Besides if you're CLOSED for whatever reason, Stop False Advertising and TURN OFF the OPEN Sign!!! If you cannot Serve Food to Paying Customers... Turn Off the OPEN Sign and Stop Wasting Customers Time Driving Thru for NOTHING!!!!

    Against my better judgement I stopped at Jack in the box this morning at 6:30 am.. there was only one car in the parking lot and no cars at the drive thru. I drive up to the speaker and this lady tells me that I can't place an order because they didn't have a cook so I asked how about two tacos and an iced tea, anyone can drop the tacos in the fryer and set the timer..but allperantly it takes someone with a PhD in cooking because I was told they couldn't give me anything without a cook there so I asked surely you can give me a tea and a cheesecake, I just wanted something for breakfast but alas they needed a cook so they could give me a drink and a cheesecake

    Yeah..its good in all during the day but at night that Mexican manager need to clean up her goddamn staff. They all are slow and rude... Really just a bunch of asshats to be honest.

    Order took about 15 minutes to come out. Cashier was friendly, but the only ketchup available was packets in a sketchy container next to the register. I ordered chicken tenders and the breading was very crunchy and unflavorful. Tables and bathroom were clean. You would be better off going to McDonald's or another place.
